| 5th Street King Ballas doesn't make sence so i'm changing it to Saint Jefferson Families The Origins
It was in the mid-80's when Lucas Stoodley and Tre Washington started out a small time gang in the center of Glen Park. They initially intended to form a muscle-like organization to protect the ideologies of African-Americans in the vicinity. What was once known as 5th Street King Ballas, became Jefferson Street Families right after the government of Los Santos relocated the projects in Marina to Jefferson.
During the mid-90's, a new individual took over the whole gang. Calling it as the Saint Jefferson Families, the Jefferson local Tyrone Wright provided weaponry to the young members of the gang. Saint Jefferson Families became increasingly violent after they took over the Idlewood district of Los Santos, a known turf of their biggest feud, Grove Street.
With the lack of leadership and guidance, the gang went to its peril. Death after death began to strike the gang. Different sets started changing of loyalties, sparking purple on purple violence. It would later turn out to be very violent, beginning the decline of what was once a powerful gang. SJF Revived The Present Situation... After spending another year in the depressing, gritty building of Los Santos Prison, Tyrone Wright took great relief in once again becoming a free man. On his way out of the prison he was given his possessions back. A watch, a wallet, keys, tattered clothes and his most prized possession, his purple bandanna. He didn't hesitate to state his intentions to the free world and immediately tied the bandanna around his neck, and marched on towards Jefferson
He knew what to expect. Despite being isolated in a highly protected building, gossip still filtered into his cell and the word was that someone had brought back the gang which has parented him from a young age. Saint Jefferson Families. What he'd heard was right, the gang was now being ran by a survivor of the destruction of the gang, Mike Williams. This was all well and good, but after a catch up discussion, Tyrone realised that this was not the gang he was once a proud member of. Within an hour Tyrone knew what had to be done. He couldn't let his family become the laughing stock of the city, things had to change, and he believes that he has what it takes to take make himself and his family, the most feared set of people in Los Santos... Second in charge, he's proven himself loyal and an invaluable asset to the gang, identical amount of authority as the leader in his absence.

An experienced and dedicated member of the gang, trusted, therefore has authority in the absence of the right hand and leader.
Souljah'
He's proved himself as a decent asset of the gang. He's responsible for organising the lower ranks when higher ranks aren't present.
Wannabe Soulja
This guy is a trusted member of the gang. It's his responsibility to keep an eye on the turf and gather information on other gangs.
Wannabe Gangbanger
A new face, the gang knows little about him, however he's a regular and known banger around Jefferson.
